An exciting opportunity has arisen with a prestigious luxury brand that is credited globally for its cutting-edge and in-demand cosmetics and skincare. This iconic market-leader is currently recruiting for a Buying Manager with experience working with negotiation, supplier and people management skills to join their UK head office team.

As the Buying Manager you will be responsible for driving and developing the buying team, sourcing new suppliers and building strong partnerships. Developing the buying strategy for all brands within the group. You will work closely with the wider teams to maximise the company's strategy, along with external suppliers and vendors to negotiate commercial terms and agree contracts.

You will be based in their Central London head office attending external meetings when required. You will head up the buying team and will report directly to the Buying Director.

The ideal applicant must have a proven track record in luxury or premium buying preferably for beauty, skincare, cosmetics or fashion brand.

You must have excellent people management and supplier management skills. Demonstrating strong negotiation, organisation, P&L management and strategy development experience along with possessing exceptional communication, presentation and analytical skills. You must be extremely passionate about the beauty industry, be forward thinking and results driven.
