Hair Stylist – Employed Position

Malibu Hair UK is looking for an experienced and talented Hair Stylist to join our growing team.

Following a successful first year, we re expanding and looking for someone who wants more than a chair to work from. We re building a strong, skilled team with a real focus on education, progression and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about hairdressing, confident working with clients and keen to continue developing their skills within a supportive, professional environment.

The role will include:

Cutting and styling

Colouring and toning services

Hair treatments

Client consultations

Fitting and refitting hair extensions

Maintaining excellent client relationships

Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service

Working alongside the wider Malibu Hair UK team

What we re looking for:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hairdressing

Minimum 3 years salon experience

Strong cutting, colouring and styling skills

Professional and confident client communication

A genuine interest in education and continued development

Hair extension experience is desirable, although additional training can be provided
