About the Role:

As Curriculum Lead you will be working closely with the Faculty Director where, you'll oversee the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality Beauty Therapy programmes ensuring our learners are industry-ready, confident, and skilled.

You'll lead a team of dedicated tutors, drive excellence in teaching, and work closely with industry partners to ensure our curriculum remains current and competitive.

? What You'll Do:

• Lead curriculum design, development and quality assurance for Level 1-3 Beauty Therapy courses

• Line manage and support teaching staff to deliver outstanding learning experiences

• Monitor and improve student outcomes, retention, and progression

• Foster industry partnerships and innovation within the curriculum

About You:

You'll be a qualified Beauty Therapy professional with:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.

  g. , PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) as well as being qualified up to level 3 in Beauty Therapy.

• Proven experience teaching Beauty Therapy in a college or training environment

• Strong leadership or curriculum coordination experience

• Up-to-date industry knowledge and a passion for inspiring learners
