We specialise in advanced aesthetics, laser hair removal, and holistic client care. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist (Level 4) to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-motivated, energetic, and professional therapist with a passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client care.

You ll perform a variety of treatments, support day-to-day clinic operations, and help drive business growth through client retention and upselling.

Responsibilities

Client Services & Treatments

• Perform high-quality aesthetic and laser hair removal treatments
• Promote and upsell packages, memberships, and skincare products
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Deliver a 5-star luxury experience from consultation to aftercare

Reception & Admin

• Manage bookings and appointment schedules
• Handle client communications (WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, email)
• Greet clients warmly and manage reception duties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Clinic Operations

• Maintain clean and well-stocked treatment and reception areas
• Assist with packing online orders and unpacking deliveries
• Support in-person events and in-clinic promotions
