The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Lecturer and Assessor to enhance our teaching and assessment practices within the Level 1-3 NVQ programmes. This role involves delivering and teaching Levels 1-3 NVQ and Assessor work. You will contribute towards ongoing professional development as well as potential curriculum planning and helping to prepare students for the professional world.

Duties:

• Assess, review and record student's progress
• Combine professional skills with the curriculum
• Plan and prepare lessons that align with the college curriculum and assessments
• Maintain a positive environment for students to remain motivated and aid students to reach their full potential

Requirements:

• Degree/HND or equivalent vocational/professional qualification
• An Assessors qualification (this is essential)
• Experience of teaching in FE (desirable)
• Good communication skills
• IT literate
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Industry experience (desirable)
