Master Stylist

We are hiring an experienced and passionate Master Stylist to join our Aveda Salon in Dubai! This role requires someone with a passion for hairdressing, a strong understanding of current trends, and expertise in cutting, colouring, and styling hair at a high-end level. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable maintaining client records and leveraging client data to enhance service delivery and retention.

Key Requirements:

• Formal hairdressing qualification (e.g. City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 5 years of hands-on cutting and styling experience, including 1 2 years in a premium or luxury salon environment
• Proven expertise in advanced colouring techniques, precision cutting, and chemical services (e.

  g. straightening, waving)

• Strong awareness of current hair trends and product knowledge
• Excellent grooming, communication, and consultation skills
• Ability to build and maintain a client database, with attention to service history, preferences, and personalized care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to recommend suitable styles, treatments, and products
• Deliver high-quality haircuts, colour services, and styling aligned with Aveda standards
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring a personalized experience and long-term client retention
• Maintain a high standard of salon hygiene, appearance, and service delivery
• Supervise and guide salon assistants to uphold the salon s professional standards
• Collaborate with the front desk team to maximize appointment bookings and optimize daily schedules
• Stay current with the latest industry techniques, trends, and Aveda product innovation
