Job Overview

We are a multi-award winning, private dermatology and aesthetics clinic based in Central London. In order to meet our increasing demand, we are looking to take on an additional Medical Aesthetician to join the Eudelo family.

This role will be divided between our Chelsea and Vauxhall Clinics.

We are recruiting for a full-time position with permanent contract, but may consider part-time applicants.

You will learn to provide a wide range of facial treatments to our patients, including dermatology grade facials, peels, laser treatments, advanced forms of medical needling including PRP and Exo Needling, mesotherapy, cryostimultion, carboxytherapy and many more, under the guidance of award-winning Dermatologist Dr Stefanie Williams.

While a beauty therapy qualification, sophisticated presentation, high motivation and excellent attitude are mandatory, you will be extensively trained (both in-house as well as externally) to fill potential training gaps and fit our exacting standards. We recruit for attitude and train for skill.

Working in this role, you will:

1.) Offer dermatology grade facials for patients with problem skin (e.g. Acne and Rosacea Facials)

2.) Offer luxury, anti-ageing facials developed by leading Dermatologist Dr Stefanie Williams

3.) Provide non-surgical procedures such as laser treatments, medical needling including PRP and Exo Needling (you will learn how to take blood in order to do this), chemical peels, mesotherapy, cryostimulation, and carboxytherapy.

Over time, this will also include Ultherapy and advanced diathermy (ACP).

4.) Advise patients on skincare regimes.

5.) In addition to the above main activities, you will also assist our dermatologists in clinics, support the clinic in maintaining its Care Quality Commission standards, and help to develop the services offered.

There will of course also be day to day operational work such as maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in your treatment room, first-rate customer service, stock ordering and some administrative tasks such as data input, etc.

To qualify for this role, you will have:

- Minimum of NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy

- A confident, smart, friendly and professional personality with excellent English and great communication skills

- Perfect attendance record - Spotless personal presentation

- Good computer skills

- Excellent ability in manual comedone and milia extractions (or willingness to learn these)

You don't necessarily need experience as a Medical Aesthetician, as ample training will be provided to fill any training gaps.

You will also learn a lot by working directly with our dermatologists, a rare and exciting opportunity, which comes with the benefit of gaining invaluable knowledge and transferable skills.

You will be required to be confident and use your initiative, as you will be working unsupervised for some of the time.

Starting salary: 26,000, plus generous commission, which can be in excess of 10K pa, depending on your motivation.
