Full Time Spa Therapist

This position is for a 12 month fixed term covering Maternity Leave. There may be a possibility to stay on after the 12 months.

We are looking for a flexible, talented and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team!

The award-winning Eastbury Hotel & Spa, a luxury 26 bedroom Georgian Townhouse hotel with a bijou garden Eastbury Spa and a picturesque walled garden.

Located in historic Sherborne surrounded by the glorious Dorset countryside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of holistic and spa treatments to a high standard.
• Offer professional advice to clients to maintain longevity of treatments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment throughout the spa.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure clients have a positive experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and regulations.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience in a similar role within a spa or beauty environment.

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Passionate about wellness and beauty treatments.
• Ability to help in other departments in-line with the demands of the business.

Desirable:

• Additional qualifications in massage or other holistic therapies.

• Experience with luxury spa products or services.

Rate of pay to be discussed depending on experience.
