Role: Junior Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant

• Based: Near Oxford Circus
• Role: Temp role for 4 weeks
• Fully office based
• Hours: 09.

  00 - 17. 00

• Rate: 15. 00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Support their finance team with any ad hoc duties as required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions

Requirements:

• Must have a DBS - this is not essential
• Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
