We are seeking a Department Manager for a large store in Leeds.

Department Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beauty department, ensuring a high standard of customer service
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and enhance product knowledge
• Curate an inspiring and visually appealing beauty section, reflecting the latest trends and product launches
• Drive sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue
• Foster strong relationships with key beauty brands and ensure an engaging product assortment
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

What We're Looking For in a Department Manager:

• Proven experience in retail management, specifically within the beauty industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for beauty products and trends, with a strong customer-centric approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous experience in a flagship or high-volume store is a plus
