Beauty Therapist

Job Description: Level 4 and above Beauty Therapist required (Self-Employed) Location: Chaddesley and Stourport About Us:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Level 4 or above Beauty Therapist to join our team and contribute to our holistic approach to beauty and care.

Position Overview:

As a Level 4 or above Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty treatments, including but not limited to: - Lash Techniques (extensions, lifts, tinting,)

- Eyebrow Techniques (shaping, tinting, microblading)

- Waxing (body and facial)

- Facials (customised treatments for various skin types)

- Tinting (eyelashes and eyebrows)

- Massage (various techniques for relaxation and rejuvenation)

- Teethwhitening Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality beauty treatments to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with our nurse prescriber to provide complementary services, with a focus on cross-referrals and our phenomenal Hairdressers

- Participate in audits, setup, and closure of the clinic or salon to maintain a productive and organised work environment.

- Remain responsive to client needs and feedback, treating each individual in a holistic manner.

- Contribute to a friendly and supportive team environment, helping fellow team members grow and succeed. Qualifications:

- Level 4 or above Beauty Therapy qualification or above.

- Strong knowledge and skills in a variety of beauty treatments.

- Willingness to learn and gain an electrical certificate.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Opportunities:

- Self-employed position with access to a large client base.

- Room hire to start, with the option to contribute until you become established.

Room fees will be discussed in a face-to-face meeting.

- Opportunity to work across two premises.

- Days required are currently Saturdays until 4 PM, with additional weekday hours to be discussed.
