Resident Trainer - MAC - Gatwick Airport - Travel Retail EMA

MAC & Bobbi Brown Travel Retail EMEA has an exciting opportunity to recruit a RESIDENT TRAINER for Gatwick Airport based in the UK.

This education position is required to have a various mix of shifts that will suit the business needs, dedicating key time training the team on specific service and artistry techniques and MAC & Bobbi Brown values as well as conducting Retail Artist duties.

80% of Resident Trainers time will be dedicated to supporting the Artist Training and development of MAC Artists and 20% of Resident Trainers time will be dedicated to supporting the Artist Training and development of Bobbi Brown Artists.

The Resident Trainer will be responsible for ensuring accounts exceed their sales targets through working on the counters and leading by example to ensure excellence in product knowledge, make up artistry and customer service, whilst maintaining all hygiene standards.

The Resident Trainer will, as and when requested, assist any MAC & Bobbi Brown core trainings and workshop trainings as well as participate at retail and special events as necessary.

Candidates must be fully trained in makeup with retail experience in MAC/Bobbi Brown and preferably airport retail experience.

If previously been a MAC Retail Artist, they ideally must have been successful in completing the first four Retail Certification skills of:

• Verbal Skill Certification (TR ONLY)
• MU 10 Certification
• MU Application 20 Certification
• False Lash Application

Travel Retail is a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, candidates should have a positive, flexible, hands-on and committed approach.

All applicants are required to speak fluent English and based in UK near Gatwick Airport. No relocation package or company visa sponsorship is included.

Candidates might be required at times to travel within their role to meetings/conferences and due to the requirement to travel and stay away from home applicants must have a full driving licence.
