Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home , bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there s a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.

With the upcoming opening of Eynsham Baths, we are looking to bring together a team of dedicated Massage Therapists who share our genuine passion for well-being. In this role, you will be guided in curating unique and personalized experiences for our guests and members.

Reporting directly to our Wellness Manager, we are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team.

Specifically, we are looking for one therapist with formal training in Eastern therapies, particularly emphasizing traditional Nepalese & Asian healing methods. The ideal candidate should possess qualifications and hands-on experience in a variety of treatments, including but not limited to:

• Traditional Nepalese Healing Methods: Proficient in authentic techniques rooted in Nepal's rich healing traditions.

• Tibetan Ku Nye massage: Trained in the traditional Tibetan massage and other therapies that focus on balancing the body's elements.
• Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy: Experience in using sound vibrations for therapeutic purposes, in line with Tibetan traditions.

• Abdominal Detox Massage: Experience in abdominal massage techniques aimed at detoxifying and revitalizing the digestive system.
• Additional Relevant Massage Treatments: Familiarity with and experience in a diverse range of massage therapies, body treatments, Yoga, meditation are considered advantageous

Who we are looking for:

• Formal training in Eastern therapies, particularly with a focus on traditional Nepalese healing methods.

• Recognized Qualifications with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in providing a range of treatments, including traditional Nepalese methods, Reiki, Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy, and other native healing practices.
• Committed to professional growth and a team-oriented, positive, and caring personality.

• Enthusiastic about sharing skills with guests, members, and colleagues.
• A compassionate and nurturing character, demonstrating a true commitment to caring for others.
