Patient Care Coordinator - Dr Tatiana Aesthetic Clinic

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic customer service and sales person to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging and friendly environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are a leading clinic in the Harley Street medical district offering a wide range of aesthetic treatments.

Comprising a small team of experts with an excellent team dynamic, we offer an exciting and stimulating workplace. THE ROLE:

To ensure that all patients have a flawless patient journey, and to ensure that all patient documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

The role involves 6 main areas:

• Providing outstanding customer service to our patients.

  This will include timely, accurate and well-documented communication with patients (phone, email and SMS) and ensuring that patient records are kept up-to-date, clear and accurate.

• Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visits at the clinic. You will be expected to help in the development and coordination of patient treatment plans, appointments and packages.

• Converting leads into bookings and product sales.
• Optimise efficiency of the patient pathway and use of clinician time.
• Proactively working to continually improve patient experience.
• Assist with general clinic duties such as opening and closing the clinic, dealing with suppliers to ensure the clinic is fully stocked, and packing retail products.

• Have experience in medical administration.
• Good knowledge of skincare, well-being and aesthetic treatments

HOURS:

Full-time or part-time roles are available.
