How do I advertise a vacancy?

Create an employer account, choose your advertising or recruitment package and submit your vacancy. Your advert can go live quickly once submitted and processed.

What roles can I advertise?

We cover beauty, hair, spa, aesthetics, wellness and leisure roles, including permanent, freelance, apprentice and management positions.

How do I pay?

You can pay online when placing your order or request an invoice by emailing recruit@jobsinbeauty.co.uk.

Can I edit my advert?

Yes. Depending on your package, you can make changes while your advert is live.

Can I advertise more than one vacancy?

Yes. Individual adverts, credit packs and recruitment packages are available for employers and recruiters with multiple vacancies.

Will I receive applications?

We cannot guarantee a particular number of applications or that a vacancy will be filled. Results can vary depending on the role, location, salary and candidate availability.

Can I get a refund if I receive no applications?

A refund is not normally available simply because an advert receives no applications, fewer applications than expected or the vacancy is filled elsewhere. Please see our Customer Terms & Conditions for full details.

How do I contact candidates?

You can manage applications and contact candidates directly through your employer dashboard.

Is it free to register?

Yes. Candidates can register and create a profile for free.

Can I upload my CV?

Yes. You can upload your CV to your profile so employers can find you where applicable.

How do I apply for jobs?

Search for suitable vacancies and apply directly through the job advertisement or application process provided.

Can I save jobs?

Yes. You can save relevant vacancies and manage your applications through your dashboard.

Can I receive job alerts?

Yes. You can choose your preferences and receive relevant job alerts.

Who can see my CV?

Your CV may be made available to employers and recruiters using our candidate services. You should ensure the information you provide is accurate and appropriate for recruitment purposes.

3. Digital Products - SKILLS HUB

What digital products do you offer?

We offer downloadable short courses, business guides, marketing resources, workbooks, templates and practical toolkits for beauty and related businesses and professionals.

How do I receive my purchase?

Digital products are supplied electronically and may be available for immediate download or access after payment.

Do I need special software?

Generally, no. Products are designed to be accessed using a standard computer, tablet or smartphone. Any specific requirements will be shown on the product page.

Are your courses accredited?

Unless specifically stated, our digital courses are practical training resources and do not lead to a regulated or accredited qualification.

Do I get lifetime access?

All our products advertised on Skills Hub have lifetime access once paid for and downloaded by the customer.

Can I get a refund?

Digital products may be subject to statutory cancellation rights. Where immediate supply has begun and the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied, the cancellation right may no longer apply.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected if digital content is faulty, defective or does not conform to its description.

Can I share my digital purchase?

Digital products are for the use of the customer who purchased them. Unless stated otherwise, they must not be copied, redistributed, resold or shared with others.
