3 days 09. 30 - 20. 00 (plus One hour Lunch 30 minutes paid )

1 day 09. 00 - 18. 00

Covering 3 locations Hampstead, Richmond & Mayfair

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Open and close the Clinic
• Ensure the smooth running of the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Be responsible for operating the Point-Of-Sale and booking system including end-of-day reconciliation
• Ensure patients feel welcomed by providing an informative and engaging experience during every visit
• Manage the appointment book and keep patients informed of any changes in a timely manner
• Deal with incoming and outgoing enquiries, both via phone and email
• General stock management
• Drive sales through excellent patient consultation and sharing of product knowledge to achieve your personal objectives and the retail targets
• General upkeep and housekeeping of the clinic.
