Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated therapist who wants to be part of an experienced, caring team. Ideally proficient in a wide range of treatments, including facials, massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures, tinting, laser hair removal and is commited to delivering outstanding customer care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert relaxing customised facials, suited to the clients skincare concerns.

• Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to the clients individual needs.

• Deliver quality manicures and pedicures, paying attention to the final finish.

• Conduct professional waxing and tinting services whilst being mindful of the cilents comfort and requirements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, giving them good advice and after care.

• Maintain a clean and professional working environment at all times for the benefit of clients and other staff members, whilst always being mindful of health & safety.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 or eqivalent.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours if required

• A commitment to learn new skills in advanced treatments.

• Good customer service skills and a passion for beauty and wellness.
