Are you passionate about sourcing and procurement in the beauty industry? Our client is on the lookout for a talented Production Sourcing Coordinator to join their vibrant team! This is an exciting opportunity to support the sourcing and management of vendors for impactful marketing activities.

JOB TITLE: Production Sourcing Coordinator

COMPANY: Beauty

CONTRACT: Permanent

SALARY: up to 30,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sourcing and procurement of all marketing items, including packaging for influencer boxes and other campaigns
• Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations Teams to develop and execute timelines
• Research and identify appropriate vendors to meet the company's marketing needs
• Collaborate with suppliers on specifications and pricing to ensure optimal quality and cost
• Secure necessary approvals for all procured items
• Oversee quality control for marketing items and packaging to maintain brand standards
• Create Bills of Materials and Cost of Goods sheets as required
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a dynamic team environment

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 1-2 years of experience in skincare or colour cosmetics production or product development is ideal
• Proven experience in sourcing and familiarity with packaging processes
• A background in quality control to ensure high standards
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage data effectively
• Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple projects seamlessly
• A keen eye for detail, especially in reporting and documentation
• Comfort in working under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
