Junior Brand Manager

Lavandi Talent and working with a dynamic Beauty & Personal Care company who are looking for their next Junior Brand Manager to join their creative Marketing & Brand team! Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand strategies that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.

Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising. Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Participate in product development initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on market research and consumer feedback.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts and drive brand success. The Right Candidate: Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing or brand management is a plus. Experience in a similar or relevant experience (Beauty/ Personal care/ Fashion/ FMCG) Etc.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
